Happy Halloween!

Bicycle accidents involving cars happen now and then but recently we’ve heard about them more. We are all equal and no different from a driver or pedestrian as we share the roads on our bicycles. Do not lose your temper by someone honking at you for no reason. Let’s begin with ourselves by obeying traffic rules, being courteous and avoiding confrontations. Pay it forward!

Halloween Bike Ride
This Saturday Oct 29th we have a Halloween Bike Ride event. Meet up at Drum and Bell Tower at 9pm, wear your costume or mask and bring a bottle of beer, we can chat a bit and laugh at each other’s costume for a while. Then we will do a ride ending at the VeggieTable (our nice neighbour) for the party. There will be free jello shots (vegan) and other treats to those who come in costume, and also discounts for those who ride their bikes or skate. So a bike rider in costume wins double!
